Fall Ball

Baseball in the fall. This is the first year we’ve participated in it.  Lucas wanted a little more baseball after his spring games, and I am so glad he decided he wanted.  He’s learned a lot, I think and has enjoyed every minute of it.

I’ve enjoyed watching him be so excited about it.

Mark has been right there in the field with him.  Coaching bases, helping in the dug out.  All of it and any of it.  He’s enjoying these games too, I think.

DSC_0163 copyEvery Sunday, is game day.  The weather has been amazing.  It’s been warm and fun to hang out out of doors, for few hours.  Perfect for baseball watching.

DSC_0184 copyJust a couple of the same friends from the spring team are with him now.  But that doesn’t matter.  They are all in the same club, and the teams get shuffled around every week.  It’s about learning, playing and having fun.  Or at least for us that;s what it’s still all about!

Taking pictures has been fun.  Lucas loves watching the videos I take, and the photos, after each game.  He studies his stands, his bat, his holds, his throws.  It’s fun to watch him enjoy that as well.
