I’m playing along with Heather from Beauty That Moves sharing photos of our kitchen this week.
“A weekly collection of photos from the center of my home.”
My not so fancy recipe book where the keepers and tested (and scored by my family!) are saved. I like to keep all those scored 8, 9 and 10 (10 being the top of course!) for trying later. Our do it again binder. A fun family game.
Nettle tea from the nettle we picked just few days ago. Hot or cold any time.
Left over lunch. Someone tired of apple sauce but eaten an hour later with granola.
Smitten Kitchen’s baked kale chips. They were really good. We’ve made them a couple times already. And also added it to popcorn. Delicious snack!
Join in if you’d like. Have a beautiful Thursday!
I think I could eat my weight in kale chips, I love them.
Your bread looks beautiful!
Oh Tracey. They are really good. I think I’m getting down how much salt and oil to put. Now my daughter likes to bake them too.
Everything looks yummy!
Thank you. I know it’s been fun looking at everyone’s kitchen and foods.

I must try some kale chips as I have read about them a lot lately.. Your bread looks awesome, too..
Yes! You should try the kale chips. They are so good!
You post a menu?! That is so inspiring. I am never so organized!
Thank you. Yes, I painted our little door with chalk paint when I painted the kitchen 2 summers ago, and it has been used a lot. And for over a year now, I’ve been planning a menu for the week, and it is so helpful in so many ways. I recommend it! It was hard to get used to doing it, but the benefits… so good! I love it.
What a yummy menu this week! Love the kale chips and the radishes 🙂 We’ve been eating lots of them fresh from our garden this week as well!
Thank you! Yes, kale chips are popular these days. We mixed them with popcorn… delicious!
Gorgeous photos! Homemade is the best isn’t it? Thank you for sharing. xxoo
Thank you.
I haven’t tried kale chips before but must have a go. It’s one of my favourite brassicas. I noticed a few people making nettle tea this week. I don’t think I’ve made the tea before but made some little nettle and blue cheese tarts this week. So that’s something else I must try. I’m learning so much from this blog hop.
I know! It’s been really fun to look everyone’s making in their kitchen. Thanks for stopping by.
Those kale chips keep coming back and now I desperately want to try them. But I’m afraid the season’s over here and they were already hard to find at the supermarket. Oh well, I might try to grow them myself then…
Yes Elvira. You should try it. They are delicious!
yes! nettle tea here too! 🙂
Hi Heather. Yes, I saw your photo. We just picked some last weekend, so we have our supply hopefully to last us ’til next spring. I dried it and froze some. We’ll see if its enough.
Thanks for coming to visit.
Love it all, but your photo of radishes is particularly gorgeous!
Thank you Erin.
