The first days at school

We arrived in Gwalior on a Thursday.  That following Friday and Saturday Mark visited classes and talked to the Vice Principal and to lots of teachers.  He was trying to figure out what his schedule would look like.  What classes he’ll be teaching.  The principal was gone on a meeting in delhi for few days, so we didn’t meet him until Sunday at The Mess.

It’s funny that Mark always said “he’d like to teach in an all-boys school one day”.   His day has arrived. I’ll love to hear what his thoughts are after these five months here with 500 boy students, and maybe 12-15 girls (staff’s children.)

Monday we all went to have breakfast (as we’ve done most of the days so far) and attended the Assembly.  On Mondays is outside, they have flags of all colors, the school is so pretty and it seems especially fun on these days.
