this week in my kitchen :: blog hop

I’m playing along with Heather from Beauty That Moves, sharing photos of our kitchen this week.

“A weekly collection of photos from the center of my home.”

I must admit that I forgot about it for few days, so I don’t have much to share.  But I wanted to get started to remember for next week.  I love the idea, thank you for getting us started Heather!

I have fresh strawberries this week too, they are so good!

    • Hi Tracey. Oh yes… I saw them at the store and had to buy them. We are a little tired of apples and oranges by now. These are tasting so good! Soon enough we’ll be able to go pick our own! I know it’s coming.

I love your menu chalkboard. That would save me from answering the question what’s for dinner multiple times a day!

    • Hi Marianna. I painted that closer door with chalk paint a little over a year ago and it has been so much fun. And the menu planning has been going almost for that long too, and yes! It is so, so helpful. I’ve never had a menu before, and it has helped me so much in getting things done quicker for dinners. And yes! Everyone looks at what we have planned for the week. And some times the kids want to have their names there, so they ask to have a dinner to make.
You should paint a little space with chalk. It is so much fun. I recommend it!

Those strawberries look sumptuous it’ll be a while before ours are ready. They are still little green plants at the moment. I’m sure that yours will be ready first.
Thanks for letting us peek into your kitchen.
